*Plans,
financing and permits as well as any other aspects of the pre-construction
stage will have a variable duration depending on site and house
characteristics.
Our process flow of design:
1. Preliminary design conference (via phone, video chat or face to face meeting)
2. Preliminary floor plan review
3. Floor plan review
4. Elevation and electrical review
5. Plan review for approval and submission
